Level 3——Freediving Course

All levels begin with classroom instruction, followed by pool sessions, and conclude with open water training.

Level 3:

•Theory Session • Pool Session • 4 times Open water Session

Examination

Theory exam: 75 points; Dynamic 55meters; Depth dive: 24 meters; Apnea: 2:45 minutes

8:00 AM–11:00 AM Open Water Session

3:00 PM–6:00 PM Theory Class

6:00 PM–8:00 PM Pool Session
