Level 2——Freediving Course

All levels begin with classroom instruction, followed by pool sessions, and conclude with open water training.

Level 2:

•Theory Session • Pool Session • 2 times Open water Session

Examination
Theory exam: 75 points; Dynamic 40 meters; Depth dive: 12 meters; Apnea: 2 minutes

8:00 AM–11:00 AM Open Water Session

3:00 PM–6:00 PM Theory Class

6:00 PM–8:00 PM Pool Session
